Headshot of Evan Fitzmaurice

Interests

  • Radial Velocity Characterization

  • Evaluating Stellar Variability Mitigation Algorithms.

  • Brown Dwarfs

  • Gaia Astrometry

  • HPF & NEID

Evan characterizes exoplanets and brown dwarfs using radial velocity observations with HPF and NEID, combined with astrometry from Gaia. Evan is leading a NEID program to test stellar variability mitigration strategies developed for the Sun on other stars.
